WEDHS is a research and support programme funded by the Welsh Office of Research and Development (WORD).

WEDHS Partners
Our programme of research and support is led by a team of seven based in four universities (Keele, Glamorgan, Swansea and UWIC) and an equalities agency (The North Wales Race Equality Network: NWREN) who have extensive expertise and experience in health and social care, and in qualitative and quantitative research focusing on 'race' or ethnicity.

WEDHS Advisors, Stakeholders and Members
Committed to the equalities agenda, the Partners enjoy close working relationships with National BME organisations, NHS Trusts, Voluntary and Equality Organisations, Local Authorities, Community and Service User Groups, as well as the support of our four experienced WEDHS Advisors - providing a wealth of skills and knowledge across all disciplines on which to draw.

WEDHS Central Office and Regional Hubs
