To change the size of the text on this website, you can use the Text Size option in your browser.

Colour Schemes.

Experimenting with different colour schemes can make the website clearer and more readable. Choose from the options below (or go back to the standard setting)..

Make the Text Talk

Our website is designed to support two text-to-speech systems which turn the text on the page into the spoken word. This can be helpful for people with vision or reading difficulties; for those whose English is a second-language, or if you simply prefer listening rather than reading. Unfortunately the software is not yet available in Welsh.

To use Browse Aloud: click on the icon and follow the instructions to download and use the software.

To use Read Speaker: click on the icon. This will create a new frame at the top of the WEDHS home page giving instructions on how listen.
