To arrange group dancing activities which is a type folk dancing/physical exercise and makes you feel good and develop self confidence. This type of dance is also a physical exercise that will keep them fit and well.

Cardiff and the Vale Mental health development Project
To build on current research within black and minority ethnic communities about the need for BME specific older people's mental health drop in information sessions and an information/link worker.

Communities First BME Team
The communities First BME team in partnership with Newport City Council, LHB and Newport MIND is working on mental health projects to encourage more BME people to use mental health services provided in Newport more frequently. The grant will be used to hold mentl health awareness day to address the questions people asked.

Progressive Women in Wales
The aim is to raise awareness of organ and blood donation within the ethnic minority community in Neath Port Talbort. The event will be an information day that will include the opportunity for people to donate blood.
