WEDHS Research and Research Support Priorities (2007 - 2009)

Our research agenda is rooted in:

  • The research priorities highlighted in the Scoping Study (2005)
  • The findings from the follow-up consultation exercises conducted throughout 2006.

Drawing on the Welsh Assembly Government's commitment to tackle inequalities rooted in socially ascribed differences such as 'race', ethnicity and social status, our research agenda is to build on established areas of research and to map out urgent research questions that need to be addressed on a national level. Our research priorities will be developed via six Research Development Groups.
